Over the past five years, Sasol has supported the development of more than 500 SMEs through a combined investment of over R500 million. In FY25 alone, Sasol reported R42,6 billion in preferential procurement spend with Black-owned businesses, R26,9 billion with Black women-owned businesses, and R50,7 million invested in SME development.
The Siyakha Trust also disbursed R103 million to 37 suppliers, while the wider impact included 212 new jobs created, 3 152 jobs sustained, and average revenue and profit growth exceeding 70% for funded SMEs.
